- technical knowledge needed: unix, telephony and signaling, oracle databases, networking, tcp/ip network management
- excellent communications & customer relations skills
- customer service orientation
- fast learner, strong personality, understanding of working in a multicultural environment
- good command of oral and written english
- willingness to travel to remote sites and abroad

Должностные обязанности:
- participate in technical implementations to achieve successful deliveries
- responsible for malfunction and proactive support
- technical advisory to the project manager
- provide feedback from the field and the customer to the account team members
- technical focal point to the customer
- responsible for the reports and updating of the relevant crm data
- responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction
